“We always love to glorify GOD by helping people ...”

Mr.& Mrs. Laurent Jolicoeur are a happily married and very dedicated couple residing in the Greater Vancouver region of beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

Laurent Michel Jolicoeur was born in 1946 in Ontario, Canada. His father was a Canadian of French descent and his mother is from Hungary. Laurent was raised to be an active Roman Catholic by his grandparents. He has continued to love helping people from all walks of life, and enjoyed volunteering in Church activities and for other community services.

Laurent has been very active as one of the founders of the Trinidad-Chinese Club, in British Columbia. He served as the president in its two startup years, 1997 and 1998, remaining on its executive board for the Club's first five years. Subsequently, Laurent has worked as a Global Travel Agent. Very evident was his service from 1982 to 1985 as president in B.C. Local 281of the International Molders and Allied Workers Union, serving this special sector of the ironworkers trade in the advancement of their labor causes. He led the movement to transform this international union into a Canadian labor union entity better suited to serve the needs of the workers in Canada.

It is through Saint Jude Catholic Church, Vancouver, Canada, where he met Thess. They got married at Saint Augustine's Church, also in Vancouver. They aim to build settlement services that could help immigrant people find their new home in the beautiful places of British Columbia.

Currently, the company has been registered since January 28, 2008 as Niceheart International Immigration Consultancy and Associates LTD. in British Columbia , Canada and NHI Skills Enhancement in Manila, Philippines.
